Description: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A GENERALIST IN A LARGER ORGANIZATION TO OVERSEE THE HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTION ON THEIR OWN! Here's an amazing opportunity for a BI-LINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to provide hands-on direction and administration of all human resources functions for a small yet growing manufacturer with an entrepreneurial spirit and 55 employees. Reporting directly to the President this individual contributor will have responsibility for employee relations, performance management, policy and procedure development, benefits administration, staffing, recordkeeping, training, compliance and payroll.
The ideal candidate will be degreed with at least five years experience working within a corporate human resources department as a generalist. Must have solid understanding of California and federal employment law and be a motivated self-starter who can identify needs, drive processes and meet goals, but doesn't mind processing new hire paperwork. Strong organization, self-expression and relationship-building skills required. MS Office literate.
